As the Human Resources Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to TRMS's success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources function, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. The HR Manager will have responsibility for each of the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Join our team today and be a part of Delivering Goods for the Good of All!What you'll do:Function as an integral member of the plant leadership teamManage the administration and implementation of Human Resource programsProactively identify talent-related performance issues, including employee retention and engagement, and work with local management to implement solutionsLeverage HR data to identify potential concerns and to support recommended solutionsEnsure legal compliance, fairness and consistency in areas of employment, benefit administration, employee relations, training, and performance management and compensationProvide guidance to managers and supervisors in areas associated with HRLead community involvement activitiesLead local investigations and resolution of ongoing employee issues, anticipate issues, recommend and initiate resolutionsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field7+ years of Human Resources Management experience7+ years experience with employee relations, training, performance management and legal complianceHR experience in a Manufacturing Environment is strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, analytical, written/presentation skills and critical thinking skillsStrong computer skills, understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data base applicationsMust be able to lead and influence all levels of employeesBilingual in English/Spanish is requiredPrimary Location: US-TX-Fort WorthWork Locations: Fort Worth TX - Plant 40252850 Peden Road Fort Worth 76179
