Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift

Location: Carmel, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Afternoon (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform material movements including loading and unloading trailers

• Process receiving, put-away, and stock transfers efficiently

• Utilize material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers with proper training

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory accuracy

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety standards

What's Needed?

• No minimum experience required

• Ability to operate material handling equipment with training and certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Adherence to safety and environmental policies

• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and process improvements
