About the Role

The Company is seeking a President for its acute care hospital, which is renowned for its exceptional quality of patient care, safety, and experience. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence and a culture that aligns with the organization's Christian mission. This executive role is pivotal in managing all aspects of the facility, including patient care, financial performance, quality assurance, IT infrastructure, human resources, and network development. The President will work closely with the Market President to define organizational policy, spearhead strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. A key focus will be on team and talent development, as well as championing a culture of transparency, and community health endeavors. Applicants must have a graduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years' leadership experience in an acute care setting. A deep personal and professional connection to the organization's mission is essential, as is a proven track record of executive leadership in a complex healthcare environment. The role requires a leader with a flexible management style, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead with both transparency and urgency. Experience in a highly competitive market and a preference for those with a Fellow American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. The President will be a change agent, demonstrating boldness, urgency, and unwavering accountability to the community, associates, physicians, and sponsors.
