?? Flexible Work Location: Field-based role with autonomy to manage your schedule and relationships Job Details What You Will Be Doing Act as a liaison between the agency and the community to identify and meet customer needs.
Develop and promote hospice programs and services across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and continuity of care.
Manage your schedule independently while meeting performance goals. Skills You Need 1+ year of current hospice business development experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
