We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Greenville, NC. This position involves supporting various job sites with hands-on tasks, assisting skilled trades, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

• Experience using handheld power tools required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Perform general labor duties including lifting, loading/unloading materials, and site clean-up
• Safely operate handheld power tools and basic equipment
• Assist with construction, manufacturing, or warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policie

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
