POSITION: Director of Sales - Hospitality LOCATION: USA - Remote – Fulltime at Milestone Inc. As a Director of Sales at Milestone, you will: Connect with senior digital executives in hospitality to understand their needs and challenges and present solutions using Milestone product portfolio. Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to senior and C-level executives at hotels, management companies, independent hotel groups, and hotel chains the full portfolio of Milestone software and service solutions. Drive significant growth in a designated geographic territory for both new and existing business, achieving, or exceeding individual quota. Pipeline development through a combination of strategic account prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, conferences, and internal SDR lead generation support from hotel & hospitality-based companies. Build and track all opportunities in the company Salesforce system Manage the end-to-end sales process by partnering with Sales Engineers, Product Team, Executives, Centers of Excellence, Customer Success, etc. Provide ongoing customer feedback to the company Product and Marketing teams designed to improve solutions offerings. Represent the company in a business closing role at appropriate industry conferences and trade shows. With some assistance be able to build customized sales presentations, respond quickly to RFI/RFPs, and write final contract for customer sign-off.
