Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) The ERM function is responsible for building and implementing frameworks/processes to identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate, and report on operational risks across the business. The ERM function will facilitate a centralized approach to managing the firm’s operational risks, collaborating with the relevant teams across modeling, engineering and corporate functions to mitigate identified risks. ERM will strive to promote and foster a culture of operational risk awareness, accountability, continual improvement, and transparency within TSIM. This will include providing reporting on operational risks and mitigants to control functional leadership, business area heads, and senior leadership. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented operational risk professional to be part of our growing ERM team. Candidates should be a strong problem solver with critical thinking abilities, possess strong relationship management skills, have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and take a collaborative approach to team engagement. Responsibilities Analyze operational incidents and collaborate with partner teams across the business on root‑cause identification and remediation efforts. Document and communicate significant operational risk incidents within the business. Attend post‑mortem meetings, manage documentation and key follow‑ups. Lead weekly incident meetings with partner teams across Corporate, Modeling, and Engineering. Generate and distribute reporting and metrics for individual businesses and TSIM. Work with cross‑functional teams and manage projects to streamline/build out management of operational risk processes. Assist in building out Enterprise Risk Framework and developing a culture of operational risk awareness, accountability, continual improvement. Qualifications 3‑5 years of in‑depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and standard processes, including application in the context of a large financial institution. Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the financial services industry. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions. Proficiency in designing and conducting stress tests and scenario analyses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey risk‑related information to stakeholders at all levels. The base pay for this role will be between $100,000 and $150,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
