A privately held, fast-growing commercial general contractor in the Midwest, with 80+ employees and $50-100m in annual revenue. Known for collaborative culture, hands-on leadership, and strong employee development through mentorship and merit-based progression.
Job Description
Lead end-to-end project delivery from precon through closeout. Build and manage schedules, budgets, and financial performance. Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and client stakeholders. Oversee estimating responsibilities on assigned projects. Travel to project sites as needed (3-4 times/month). The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: 5-7+ years' PM experience within a commercial GC. Strong background in ground-up and renovation/TI projects. Experience across retail, office, or hospitality sectors preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools. Proven collaborator with strong communication and references.
