Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking Sales and Service Advisors to promote and sell products and services in an automotive environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers professionally, listening to their concerns, inspecting vehicles, recommending appropriate services, and providing accurate quotes. You will promote sales, document customer interactions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license, State Inspector License, and ASE Certification within specified timeframes. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment are essential.
