Production Supervisor 3rd Shift

Production SupervisorAt MetalTek International, we produce highly engineered metal components for some of the world's most demanding industries. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, develop employees, and help drive performance in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. This is a front-line leadership role for someone who knows how to build trust, set clear expectations, solve problems, and keep production moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoLead daily production activities in areas such as Finishing, Shell, and other manufacturing departmentsCoach, train, and support employees to meet safety, quality, and production goalsDrive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the floorResolve production issues, reduce interruptions, and support corrective actionsPartner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and operations to improve resultsSupport timekeeping, scheduling, inventory, and department communicationWhat We're Looking For3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferredManufacturing, foundry, machining, finishing, or industrial experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityAbility to coach employees, communicate clearly, and lead through changing prioritiesBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and computer systems preferredDegree or technical training preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be consideredWhy MetalTek?At MetalTek, supervisors play a key role in building strong teams and producing critical components that customers rely on.
