Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires onsite work at our hospital facility in Fremont, California. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and carry out personalized treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists to address specific musculoskeletal issues, optimizing patient engagement and outcomes.
• Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training, ensuring they understand and correctly execute each task to maximize their recovery potential.
• Administer various modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy, applying your understanding of each treatment's purpose and therapeutic effects.
• Carefully monitor and document patient progress, identifying any changes in condition and communicating these insights to the supervising Physical Therapist in a timely manner.
• Educate patients about home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies, enabling them to take an active role in their recovery and future wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating professionalism and diligence in your patient interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care, contributing to treatment discussions and sharing insights gathered from patient interactions.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
