From fabrication to installation, we pride ourselves on quality, precision, and exceptional customer service.We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to lead our belt shop operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help drive continuous improvement.What you'll do:As a Production Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.You will:Lead and manage daily belt shop operations, ensuring a productive and positive work environmentOversee fabrication, customization, and installation of conveyor belts based on customer specificationsPrioritize and coordinate work orders, including field jobs, projects, and rush ordersDrive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the teamTrain and mentor employees on equipment, systems, and best practicesMonitor performance metrics and coach team members to achieve department goalsManage inventory and consumable stock to support seamless operationsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsRepresent Belt Power professionally at all times, including on-site customer interactionsWhat you bring:We're looking for a leader who combines technical expertise with strong people skills.3+ years of conveyor belt or field splicing experience2+ years managing teams and field operationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsMechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret precise measurementsPreferred qualifications:Forklift certificationOSHA 10 certificationWhat makes you stand out:A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentA team-first attitude with a focus on safety and qualityWork environment & physical demands:This role involves working in an active shop and customer job sites, with exposure to machinery and varying noise levels.
