Job Description

Shop located at South Overland Park Kansas 151st & Metcalf area

Repair of Excavation Equipment - Excavators, dozer, motor grader, water trucks, skid loaders, dump trucks etc: Must have CDL Class A or B and prior experience on equipment

This is for a field service position, work in shop and make field repairs on jobsites as needed.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Perform DOT preventive maintenance service on trucks;
Inspect braking systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, hydraulics and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition;
Routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating
Changing Tires, some bodywork, painting, fabricating
Welding if experienced
All jobs are KC Metro based areas

Qualifications / Skills:

Experience with truck and excavation type equipment
Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade required, including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment and power tools;
Willingness to work overtime

License Requirements:

Valid Class A or B CDL Required

We are third generation family owned commerical excavation and site utility company located in Overland Park, KS

Pay Range depends upon experience. Paid Hourly and paid each week Direct Deposit.
