Software Verification Engineer

ENSCO Avionics is looking for a Software Verification Engineer to support a customer. Your work will include code reviews as well as test design, review, and execution both on Hardware-in-the-Loop test equipment and a low‑level testing tool. Responsibilities Perform code reviews of embedded software. Design, review, and execute test cases on Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop and low‑level testing tools. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure software meets mission requirements. Document verification activities and provide status reports. Qualifications Required BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in software verification. Hands‑on experience with C (or equivalent language). Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork. Ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Qualifications Desired Experience with DO‑178C. Experience with software verification processes. Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: No. Salary Range $65,499.20 – $90,000 USD REAL ID Requirement This position may require access to U.S. federal facilities.
