MIG TIG Welder

$24 - $28 per hour

Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG / TIG welder to join a growing team in Minneapolis. In this role, you'll weld and fabricate metal components, repair containers, support mechanics, and contribute to a busy shop environment.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Shift: 1st shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: $24 - $28/hr., depending on experience

Key duties of the MIG / TIG welder:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on containers, trucks, and metal structures
Repair damaged metal panels, walls, and floors
Assist with prep work for welding and painting
Support lead fabricators and shop mechanics as needed
Operate forklifts for material handling
Perform torch burning and plasma cutting

Requirements of the MIG / TIG welder:

Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
Welding certification or welding technology degree a plus
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment
