MIG / TIG Welder PositionTwin City Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG / TIG welder to join a growing team in Minneapolis. In this role, you'll weld and fabricate metal components, repair containers, support mechanics, and contribute to a busy shop environment. Location: Minneapolis, MN Shift: 1st shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday Pay: $24 – $28/hr., depending on experienceBenefits of the MIG / TIG welder:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance and critical illness coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for advancementKey duties of the MIG / TIG welder:Perform MIG and TIG welding on containers, trucks, and metal structuresRepair damaged metal panels, walls, and floorsAssist with prep work for welding and paintingSupport lead fabricators and shop mechanics as neededOperate forklifts for material handlingPerform torch burning and plasma cuttingRequirements of the MIG / TIG welder:Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experienceWelding certification or welding technology degree a plusAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoorsComfortable standing, bending, and working in a fast-paced environmentApply today!
