Accounts Receivable Director

To support a growing organization, the full-time Accounts Receivable Director will provide strategic leadership in managing the accounts receivable function, overseeing billing, collections, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the organization's Accounts Receivable strategy aligned with financial objectives Oversee all billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution activities to maximize cash flow Provide executive-level reporting and analysis on receivable performance and financial risks Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proven ability to develop KPIs, analyze financial data, and drive operational improvements
