Position Overview A Full‑time Teller with PNC Retail, based in North Wales, PA at the Montgomeryville branch. PNC values an inclusive culture where employees contribute to our success. Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience focused on financial well‑being and customer loyalty. Responsibilities include: Processing a variety of customer interactions and educating them on alternatives. Identifying banking opportunities and making appropriate referrals. Engaging customers at the lobby and positioning PNC products. Using product knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhering to policies and ensuring accurate teller and branch daily operations. Employees are expected to be customer focused, manage risk, and continuously learn. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate: Customer service skills and ability to identify opportunities. Attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication. Digital awareness and basic problem‑solving. Comfort with technology and proactive sales capabilities. Work Experience, Education, Certifications No degree required.
