Position Mission Statement Field incoming sales calls and internet sales leads, set sales appointments, track results of appointments, making follow up calls to insure proper customer satisfaction. Key Accountability Areas Answer incoming sales calls in a timely manner Respond to internet sales leads in a timely manner Set appointments for sales leads Tracking the results of sales appointments Follow up sales calls to insure proper customer satisfaction Compensation Plan Hourly wage based on personal experience Bonus based on appointments set Bonus Based On Appointments Showed & Sold Bonus based on Customer Satisfaction Scores Benefits We strive for a superior customer experience and believe our Associates should have the same superior experience.
