Business Solutions Leader - HR Systems

Director-level role leading HR systems strategy and delivery at Johnson & Johnson's New Brunswick headquarters. Accountable for end-to-end HR process enablement through Workday, recruiting, and learning platforms, managing a team of 40-60 internal and external partners to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own business solution strategy and roadmap for Workday, Workday Recruiting, Cornerstone, and integrated HR services
• Translate HR process requirements into scalable system designs across hire-to-retire and talent domains
• Lead intake, prioritization, and delivery of HR system enhancements and releases with governance oversight
• Manage integration across HR platforms ensuring reliable data flows and downstream business support
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR leadership, translating complex system topics into clear business implications

Requirements

• 7+ years in business systems management, digital transformation, or HR technology in complex organizations
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Workday and adjacent enterprise HR platforms
• Proven ability to design business solutions across global HR environments
• Experience leading and developing people with cross-functional team management
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, process design, and data structures
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, and Operations
• Solution architecture and delivery leadership experience managing enterprise-level risks
