Capital Markets Associate

To source and structure institutional borrow demand, the full-time remote Capital Markets Associate will manage relationships with institutional counterparties, negotiate credit terms, and operationalize on-chain borrow products. Key responsibilities Originate institutional borrow demand across various lending and liquidity products Build and maintain a borrower pipeline across three key segments Structure and close term sheets while ensuring long-term relationship management Required qualifications 2-6 years in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets at a leading sell-side institution Direct experience with financing transactions and capital-markets products Strong grounding in credit and leveraged finance concepts Experience managing institutional client relationships Exposure to transaction execution processes, including term-sheet negotiation and deal closing
