Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ​ Role Responsibilities : Count, record, and investigate inventory in accordance with cycle count procedures Conduct regular inventory audits and perform inventory corrections in Oracle Achieve >98% inventory accuracy on cycle count by leading improvement activities in areas including:

Material usage records, production line procedures, shipping/receiving processes, material handling/transactions

Assist plant personnel with the reconciliation of inventory Provide training to plant employees on topics relating to inventory control While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Qualifications: A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to: Adhere to safety procedures Work with software including MS Word, MS Excel, and Oracle Facilitate improvement activities involving multiple stakeholders/lines/departments Exhibit attention to detail Communicate effectively Lead others toward the attainment of inventory-related metrics Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment Interact constructively with all plant employees Work in a team environment toward a common goal React to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned Maintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance Use forklift to move inventory or chemicals Follow safety protocols when dealing with inventory and/or chemicals Immigration Sponsorship Not Available: Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
