Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for providing SLP services in schools
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Solid understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and school-based therapy documentation
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort with technology platforms for virtual/hybrid delivery, when applicable
• Positive, compassionate approach to supporting diverse student needs

Responsibilities and daily contributions:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver therapy tailored to individual education plans (IEPs), focusing on measurable progress
• Consult with educators, parents, and other service providers to maximize student growth
• Maintain timely and organized therapy logs and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with eligibility determinations
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and respectful therapeutic environment
