Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California SLPA license required
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of speech and language development

• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
• Deliver individual and small group speech therapy sessions to students, focusing on targeted speech and language goals
• Collect and document data on student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insightful observations regarding student progress
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support each student’s academic and social advancement
• Adapt strategies to address the unique communication needs of each child while encouraging participation and engagement
