Senior Simulation Engineer

Job Title: Performance/Simulation/Application Engineer Role: Full-time Job Description: Seeking an experienced Performance / Simulation / Application Engineer to support complex engineering projects involving product performance, durability, reliability, and CAE simulation. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural FEA, thermal, thermo-mechanical, and durability analyses . Conduct coupled CFD/heat-transfer and structural simulations as required. Perform HCF, LCF, and TMF fatigue assessments . Interpret simulation results, identify critical stresses/failure modes, and recommend design improvements. Support new product development, issue resolution, and design improvement projects. Collaborate with design, testing, and cross-functional engineering teams. Prepare technical reports documenting analysis methods, assumptions, results, and conclusions. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in mechanical , Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering , or related discipline. Strong experience in structural FEA, including nonlinear analysis and contact modeling. Experience with thermal and thermo-mechanical analysis and fatigue/durability assessment. Proficiency in Abaqus or ANSYS Mechanical. Experience with pre/post-processing tools such as HyperMesh, SimLab, or equivalent . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle complex engineering assignments and provide technical recommendations. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of engine loading, kinematics, durability, and high-temperature material behavior. Understanding of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, welding, and heat treatment. Experience with Python, C/C++, or FORTRAN for simulation automation.
