Commercial Outside Sales Territory Manager

Unilock , an innovative leader in manufacturing the highest quality concrete products for the professional landscape and construction industry in North America is seeking a Commercial Sales Design Consultant to help secure specifications and sales for the commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors of Unilock’s business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills and good business sense. They must be enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills.  Need to possess 3-5 years of successful sales experience, in the specifying community, and reside within the DC Metro Area, focusing on Washington DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia.

• Base Salary range $100,00 to $125,000 with additional monthly sales commission earnings

What you'll do

• Expand commercial sales and secure product specifications across the Mid-Atlantic market.
• Develop strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and other industry influencers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the design and specification process.
• Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to design professionals.
• Manage project pipelines from specification through installation in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Partner with Territory Managers and internal teams to convert specifications into sales.
• Represent Unilock at trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.

  What you'll bring

• Must reside within the region
• Candidates need to possess 3-5 years of successful sales experience, in the specifying community
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in a design capacity
• Knowledge of the commercial specification and construction process
• High sense of urgency and goal-driven with a need-to-win attitude
• Commitment to providing excellent client service
• Effective presentation and written communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM Sales Software
• Sound critical thinking skills to handle customer objections and questions effectively
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 30 pounds (For whole product samples and mock-ups)
