We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal operations, ensuring accurate order processing and an exceptional customer experience. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a blend of remote and onsite collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and manage customer orders, including returns and order changes, with a high degree of accuracy
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, lead times, pricing, and delivery status
• Partner closely with manufacturing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Support the sales team by coordinating order details, tracking customer requests, and assisting with account needs
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and transactional data within company systems
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns in a timely manner
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and analysis related to order activity and customer trends
• Follow established processes and service standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales support—preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of order processing workflows and customer service best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general business systems
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote and onsite)
