This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team and students. You will work closely with educators, school staff, and families to design and implement effective mental health interventions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with school staff and parents to understand and address a wide range of student needs, including emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each student’s unique experiences and circumstances.

• Conduct initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and provide interventions that may include individual and group therapy sessions.

• Educate students and their families about mental health, coping strategies, and the array of services available to them.

• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and interventions to ensure quality care, attending workshops and professional development opportunities as needed.

• Document client progress meticulously to track effectiveness and suggest modifications to treatment approaches when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will also work closely with families to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and to empower parents to support their children’s mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (required).

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada (required).

Compensation and Benefits\n
