This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own space while also having access to our outpatient office facilities as needed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through our remote platform, ensuring clients receive personalized care tailored to their specific situations.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and identify presenting issues, subsequently developing collaborative and goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to address a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with state regulations and agency protocols, ensuring all records reflect the highest standards of practice.
