Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to create your own schedule while maintaining a work-life balance. Our clinic has a supportive infrastructure in place, handling all administrative work such as marketing for new clients, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance oversight. This allows you to concentrate on what you do best: providing exceptional therapy and support to your clients. You are encouraged to build a minimum caseload of 25 clients, engaging in therapeutic practices that resonate with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing technology, adhering to established privacy and security protocols.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to foster professional development and maintain the highest standard of care.
\n
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in the field of mental health, applying new knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals aged 18 and older, from various backgrounds seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Experience working with minority and diverse populations is valued, as inclusion is central to our clinic’s mission. We especially focus on serving the LGBTQIA+ community and addressing men’s mental health issues, aiming to provide a safe and affirming space for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance is required.
\n
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to adult clients is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated understanding of issues and challenges affecting the LGBTQIA+ community or experience working with men’s mental health.

• A history of working with multicultural populations is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
