Outside Sales & Marketing Representative Location: North San Diego County, CA Pay: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement (per CA law) Commission: Based on new lead sales Job Type: Part-time About Us Musick Restoration specializes in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and home restoration services. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our client base, build relationships, and expand our brand presence in the local market. Job Responsibilities Cold Call Marketing – Reach out to potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and homeowners. In-Person Marketing – Visit local businesses, subcontractors, and industry partners to generate leads. Social Media Content Creation – Assist in producing engaging content to showcase our services. Relationship Building – Develop and maintain connections with local contractors and subcontractors. Networking & Events – Attend local industry meetings and networking events as needed. What We’re Looking For Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven. Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
