As a Robot Data Collector , you'll wear motion-capture (MoCap) suits and VR equipment to perform real-world movements that help train intelligent robotic systems. Your contributions will play a key role in teaching robots how to move, interact, and perform tasks more naturally and safely.

• Wear a motion-capture suit and VR headset to perform a variety of natural human movements
• Generate high-quality motion data used to train AI and robotic systems
• Follow movement scenarios and interaction protocols
• Identify and report technical issues or inconsistencies during data collection
• Provide feedback to improve processes and data quality
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Comfortable being physically active for up to 8 hours per shift
• Comfortable wearing a VR headset and motion-capture equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Swing: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Overnight: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Choose one weekly rotation:

• Wednesday – Sunday
• Thursday – Monday
• Friday – Tuesday
• Saturday – Wednesday
• Applicants will select one shift and one schedule rotation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
