Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service

• Monitor CCTV Camera System and accurately document activity in a daily report

• Observe, Survey, and Report on activities at your assigned location

• Respond Rapidly in critical situations

• Strong situational awareness and ability to assess potential threats.

• Proficiency in using security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm panels).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with visitors and employees.

• Ability to enforce security policies with firmness and diplomacy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations and emergencies.

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods, conducting patrols, and responding quickly to security incidents.

Visitor Management & Access Control

• Greet and verify visitor identity upon arrival.

• Utilize a visitor management system to check guests in and out.

• Issue visitor badges and provide appropriate directions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed visitor logs.

• Enforce security policies to prevent unauthorized access.

Security & Surveillance

• MonitorCCTV cameras, alarm systems (fire/intrusion), and access control panelsfor any irregularities.

• Conduct security patrols and inspect assigned areas to ensure a safe environment.

• Identify potential security risks and mitigate them before escalation.

• Maintain communication with the on-site security team and operational staff.

Incident Response & Reporting

• Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety concerns to Metro One leadership.

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.

• Provide immediate support duringmedical emergencies, fires, and security threats.

Communication & Customer Service

• Answer calls and inquiries with professional etiquette.

• Educate visitors and employees on security protocols and policies.

• Maintain apositive and professionaldemeanor while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid/active Security Guard Card BSIS

• Must have reliable form of transportation to and from assigned workstations

• Have or the ability to obtain a CPR, First AID, AED Card

• Multitasker, 1 year experience in SOC

• Able to sit and stand for 8 hours

• Strongtechnical aptitude

• Proven customer service skills

Summary

• Medical/Dental/Vision available

• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control software.

• Dispatch appropriate personnel during incidents.

• Maintain communication logs, generate reports, and log suspicious activities

• Respond to calls, provide assistance to staff, and act as information hub.

• Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
