Property Accountant: Real Estate Finances & Year-End Audits
WB Residential Communities, Inc.
WB Residential Communities, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to join our Hudson Valley team, reporting to the Controller in the Chappaqua, NY corporate office. You will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of affordable and low-income housing properties and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing. The role emphasizes accuracy and timely close, including bank reconciliations, mortgage and escrow recording, and budget preparation in collaboration with Property #J-18808-Ljbffr WB Residential Communities, Inc.
