DaVita is a national clinical leader, and we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate care, support our team, and deliver compassionate, quality-driven nursing.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Metrics: Coordinate care, track vital signs, trend lab values, and manage outcome metrics for a panel of ESRD patients.Team Leadership: Supervise and work alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and clinical staff to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.Clinical Excellence: Drive clinical goal setting and continuous quality improvement in alignment with CMS standards.Job RequirementsLicensing: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice & current CPR certification.Experience: Minimum 18 months of RN experience. At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
