About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Partnerships to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its corporate fundraising program. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and driving ambitious revenue goals, building and stewarding a high-value portfolio of corporate partners, and leading a team to advance the company's philanthropic priorities. This role demands an executive-level relationship manager with a proven track record in closing seven-figure corporate gifts, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to the mission of the organization. The VP will also be tasked with strategic leadership, program development, and team management, as well as championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the corporate partnerships program. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive fundraising experience, with at least 5 years in corporate partnerships or major gifts. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational priorities into compelling corporate narratives, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
