About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and technological advancement. This senior leadership position is highly hands-on and requires an empathetic leader who is passionate about working with their teams to deliver top-notch technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's engineering modernization, scaling AI capabilities, and ensuring the highest technical standards across all client engagements. Key responsibilities include team leadership, operating model championing, and maintaining technical standards in areas such as infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and security-by-design. The role also involves guiding the design and scaling of data and revenue platforms, as well as leading the design of observability and operations practices. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in modern cloud-native platforms, with at least 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience. A proven track record in architecting and delivering large-scale platforms, particularly in the sports, media, or entertainment industries, is essential. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operationalizing AI and a deep understanding of AI-assisted coding tools. Familiarity with a range of modern engineering and AI-driven technologies is expected, as is the ability to represent the company with clients, partners, and at industry events.
