What You Can Expect

In this key role as a Sales Representative (m/w/d) in the field, you will actively shape the success of our sales strategy. You are responsible for training our customers in the handling of our products and thus drive trust and growth in the region of Central Germany (FFM, Wrzburg, Jena, Kassel). You successfully position our high-quality product range in the field of knee and hip endoprosthetics and contribute to patients benefiting from the most modern solutions. You can look forward to:

How You Make An Impact

Responsibility for the sustainable growth in your sales area, through active identification, acquisition and long-term care of new customers and the expansion of existing business relationships.

You competently advise doctors and hospital administrations on our innovative products and accompany them on the way to optimal therapy decisions.

You implement the predefined marketing and sales strategies in a targeted manner in the market.

Conducting confident sales and price negotiations with doctors and representatives of hospital administrations.

Organization and conduct of product trainings, workshops and inhouse-trainings for medical and medical staff.

Introduction to implant systems

You design information and further education events to share knowledge and strengthen networks.

Network building and identifying key opinion leaders as well as contact maintenance with the target groups.

Collection of market data with feedback to the sales management

Independent conduct of competitor and market analyses as well as participation in congresses and hospital events.

What Sets You Apart

Completed commercial or medically technical training, alternatively a university degree (e.g. in business administration, health management or a comparable field).

Experience in selling complex products, preferably in orthopedics (knee and hip endoprosthetics) or surgery.

Proactive personality with hunter mentality.

Strong customer and result orientation as well as negotiation skills.

Good knowledge in the health policy environment (e.g. via DRGs) or experience in the hospital business.

Medical language and anatomical basic knowledge in orthopedics desirable.

You bring technical connections to the point in a comprehensible way and convince with excellent German and solid English skills.

With a high degree of customer orientation and strategic sales understanding, you act in a targeted and committed manner.

You convince your contacts with a confident appearance and positive charisma. Your high initiative, contact enthusiasm and perseverance distinguish you in particular.

Travel Requirements

• High travel readiness (approx. 80-85%) in your area (FFM, Wrzburg, Jena, Kassel).
• Flexibility and self-initiative for optimal on-site customer care.
