Sous Chef
We're seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team for a high-volume fine-dining restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA.
Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary of $80,000–$90,000, based on experience

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Assist with seasonal menu development, daily specials, and culinary execution
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members to maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, purchasing, and food cost controls
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during high-volume service periods
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional culinary experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop culinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
