Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Clean all public spaces, assist the housekeeping supervisor with deep cleaning Qualifications: • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Hospitality experience Compensation: $16.75 hourly
