Care Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Looking for starting a career where you can help people and grow fast?
We’re hiring a Care Coordinator to help support clients and caregivers while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, good with people, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping schedule care, solve problems, and make sure services run smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do
- Help onboard new clients and complete paperwork
- Schedule caregivers and make sure shifts are covered
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
- Update client information and maintain records
- Help solve scheduling issues or last-minute call-outs
- Support client satisfaction and answer questions
- Use computer systems to track schedules and updates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
Bonus Points If You Have
- Customer service experience
- Healthcare or scheduling experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
