Care Coordinator (Entry-Level)

We’re hiring a Care Coordinator to help support clients and caregivers while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, good with people, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping schedule care, solve problems, and make sure services run smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

• Help onboard new clients and complete paperwork
• Schedule caregivers and make sure shifts are covered
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and team members
• Update client information and maintain records
• Help solve scheduling issues or last-minute call-outs
• Support client satisfaction and answer questions
• Use computer systems to track schedules and updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Bonus Points If You Have

• Customer service experience
• Healthcare or scheduling experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
