Qualifications/Desired Background:

• Active SLPA license required
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively with lead Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Adaptability in dynamic, student-centered environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions under the supervision of licensed SLPs
• Support IEP implementation, documentation, and progress tracking for students with communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Engage students in individual and small-group therapy sessions, fostering an encouraging learning environment
• Maintain accurate records, session notes, and data for ongoing assessment and planning
• Communicate student progress and needs to supervising SLP and school faculty as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall program improvement
