Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting young learners in a vibrant educational setting near Cypress, TX. This full-time, on-site position is ideally suited for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). You’ll work with elementary-age students, leveraging your expertise to foster improved communication, social, and academic skills.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Proven experience in school-based environments (required)
• Previous work in early childhood centers highly preferred
• Comfort working with elementary caseloads; self-contained classroom experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to be fully onsite (virtual/remote support not an option)

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary students
• Evaluate, screen, and document student progress; adapt interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans
• Create an inclusive, positive environment for students with a range of needs
• Maintain compliance with state and district policies and documentation protocols
