Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of healthcare sanitation standards, infection control principles, and relevant regulations. Proven experience in managing and leading cleaning teams. Strong understanding of chemical disinfectants and cleaning agents used in healthcare. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field is preferred. Certification in Infection Control or Healthcare Environmental Services is a strong advantage.
