Make initial candidate contact
Evaluate the best candidates for the open positions
Be prepared with a pipeline of candidates for typical assignment to fill open positions quickly
Develop professional relationships with decision makers and supervisors
Use positive, professional disposition to help improve relationships
Prepare orientation materials to address details of assignments
Manage the employee onboarding process Requirements
Must have at least six months of experience in empoloyee recruiting
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday
