Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has a genuine interest in building a long-term career in transaction advisory, with exposure to mergers and acquisitions and financial due diligence engagements. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands‑on experience and direct involvement in client interactions. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, and key performance drivers Assist in evaluating working capital, cash flow trends, and potential deal risks Participate in client calls and presentations Collaborate with senior team members to develop findings and recommendations Prepare reports and supporting schedules for transaction-related engagements Limited travel requirements Direct exposure to senior leadership and active deal environments Opportunity to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience in transaction advisory engagements Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience 2 working years of M&A transaction experience Background in public accounting, transaction advisory, audit, or investment banking preferred Big Four experience is a plus CPA designation is preferred but not required Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced expertise not required) Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Self‑starter with a proactive and accountable approach to work Strong interest in developing a career in Transaction Advisory Services Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced TAS leadership People are at the core of everything we do at Corrigan Krause.
