Sierra Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Eligible/Board Certified General Otolaryngologist to join our esteemed team in Brooklyn, New York. Work Environment

This position is based at our onsite hospital facility, which provides a supportive and resourceful environment conducive to effective teamwork and high-quality care. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with no night shifts, weekends, or on-call requirements. This allows for a healthy work-life balance while remaining fully engaged in providing top-tier medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT services including diagnosis, management, and treatment of a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, and throat.
• Perform minor clinical procedures such as flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy within a patient-centered care model.
• Evaluate patients' medical conditions thoroughly, develop individualized care plans, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other assessments as necessary, ensuring prompt follow-up on results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and ancillary staff to enhance care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an ENT physician at Sierra Healthcare, you will engage with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to the elderly, each presenting with unique ENT challenges. Our practice is dedicated to understanding patient backgrounds and addressing their specific needs with compassion and clinical expertise. You will play an integral role in enhancing the quality of life for patients with acute and chronic conditions as well as common ENT disorders.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Must possess a current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license valid in New York.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in otolaryngology is required.
• Experience in related fields such as Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine is desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency with relevant clinical procedures and knowledge of ENT diseases.
• Familiarity with best practices in patient care and the latest developments in the otolaryngology field.

Compensation and Benefits
