Work Environment

This position is offered onsite at our modern hospital facility, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for our medical professionals. With a work schedule of approximately 40 hours per week during typical clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), you can expect a balanced work-life integration while still meeting the essential needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of ear, nose, and throat concerns, utilizing comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose conditions effectively through advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, developing personalized treatment plans that may include both medical and surgical options.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and septoplasties, using the latest surgical technology to enhance patient outcomes and recovery.
• Monitor post-operative recovery, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and care to enhance healing and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in collaborative care by working with a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, to elevate the standard of care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families about treatment options, recovery processes, and preventive care strategies, fostering an environment of informed healthcare choices.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant electronic medical records that reflect accurate treatment plans, patient interactions, and progress notes.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of otolaryngology.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology.

• A valid state medical license to practice in New York.
• Proven expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Superior surgical skills and proficiency in modern surgical techniques applied in otolaryngology.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience practicing as an ENT physician.
• Experience working within a collaborative healthcare team and participating in group decision-making processes.

Compensation and Benefits
