About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving organizational alignment, operational effectiveness, and the execution of strategic priorities. This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring that the company's strategy is clearly defined, effectively communicated, and consistently operationalized across all teams. The successful candidate will lead the development of data and strategy capabilities, leveraging internal and industry data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will provide strategic leadership and oversight for key enterprise functions, including information technology, human resources, and volunteer management, to strengthen systems, processes, and decision-making across the organization. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or relevant professional experience preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and cross-functional project management, as well as strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Experience in functions such as IT, HR, and/or data analytics is preferred, and knowledge of the company or experience in a membership-based, volunteer-driven, or higher education environment is a plus.
