What You'll Do Dispatch and coordinate service technicians efficiently throughout the day Manage schedules to ensure on-time service delivery Monitor technician progress and adjust workloads as needed Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and updates Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive, professional culture Quickly resolve scheduling and operational challenges Help create a seamless, stress-free experience for every client Work closely with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment Confidence to hold people accountable while remaining respectful and professional Someone who can cut through red tape and get things done for the customer Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a major plus: Fire Alarm Service Fire Sprinkler Service Fire Extinguisher Service Dispatching field technicians Service operations management Construction, HVAC, electrical, or other service-based industries Why Join Us?
